15% of Initial Capital of Industries Earmarked for Renovation

Head of renovation and exploitation of Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran (IDRO) on the sidelines of his visit to Luleh Gostar of Esfarayen Plant and in a meeting with the board of directors and managers of the plant announced necessity of earmarking 15% of total value of the industrial units to the process of renovation in a standard framework.

15% of Initial Capital of Industries Earmarked for Renovation

According to Mr. Farshad Moghimi’s remarks made at the strategic plant of Luleh Gostar Esfarayen, with the total value worth of 30m euros as well as 70b rials in a standard track, 15% of plant’s value should be annually allocated to renovation and upgrade of the facilities. He emphasized that if this principle is observed in all industries, there will be no need to heavy renovation and improvement investment. He reiterated that dominance of this idea in the thematic literature of industries can lead to optimization of investments for renovation.
Moghimi called renovation of equipment as the most important part of the renovation cycle in an enterprise which leads to the rise in the rate of production in time and reduction of waste. He added that Luleh Gostar can be a suitable example and a successful pilot for the precise process of renovation.
He also emphasized that some factors like the presence of the industries in the specialized domestic and international scenes, improving capabilities of the human capitals, painting good pictures in the public opinion, moving towards state-of-the-art technologies, identifying joint opportunities in the scene of knowledge-based and promoting new markets can be important axes of activities of this big industrial group.
Moghimi also hailed efforts in the plant which led to registering records for productions beyond the set targets and called for continuation of this trend.
In the meeting, the CEO of Luleh Gostar Company Mr. Maziar Zand Briefed Mr. Moghimi of the latest developments in the company regarding production of different types of steel pipes and later Moghimi and his accompanying team visited the production lines of the plant.
Luleh Gostar Company is subsidiary of IDRO which produces different types of pipe lines for the oil industry which are strategic products.
