All-Out Support for Launch of Testing Centers for Quality and Safety of Vehicles

During the ceremony for unveiling the centers for testing vehicle industry at Iran Standard and Quality Inspection, Deputy Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade and Head of Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran (IDRO) announced the all-out support of IDRO and the ministry for the launch of testing centers for quality and safety of vehicles.

Ali Nabavi said that boosting quality in production of vehicle is more dependent on improving tests and scrutinizing the indicators of controlling the standards. He emphasized the issue of boosting quality of vehicle is among the focal axes of the policymaking programs of the ministry of industry, mine and trade.

He noted that all efforts are focused on boosting safety, improving quality of parts and final products and on more compatibility with the environment.

Nabavi reiterated that they should not content with the existing condition regarding the vehicle issues and all should also stay away from non-expert and far-fetched and immediate expectation. He went on to say that reviewing the history of development shows us that development in any field has been materialized step by step but continuously with expert programs and with staying away from going to extremes, adding that return of the vehicle industry to a climate away from extremes is one of the requirements for improvement of this industry.

Nabavi once again announced full support for launching the testing centers for vehicle industry and reiterated benchmark and using the global knowledge in this field should be under consideration of Iranian experts.
