Indexes in Machine Sazi Tabriz Improving After Handover to IDRO

Deputy Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade and Head of Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran announced that performance indexes of Machine Sazi Tabriz Group have improved after being handed over to Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran (IDRO).

According to Mr. Mohsen Salehinia, the process for diagnosing problems in the company has started and it is underway and the measures for improvement will be taken based on the findings during the studies.

He then pointed to some reforming measures of IDRO for taking the group out of the current problems like providing working capital required by the company, opening the banking account and resolving the related problems, providing the debts of the company to the government treasury and providing a comprehensive program and diagnosing problems to renovate and reconstruct the company.

Salehinia then pointed to other actions taken by IDRO foe revival of the company like appointing members of board of directors and managing director of company, talks with reputed international companies active in the machine tools industry for the joint cooperation  and production of new products, planning for creating the first center for machine tools  and preventing the process of tender for selling the education center of the company by paying its debts.

He said the average production of the company in four months after the presence of the IDRO appointed management rose by 134% comparing to the previous average monthly production of the company. He added the sales of the company in four months under the new management have been 64% of the total sales of the group last tear and the average quarterly sales of the group under new management have increased by 235% comparing to the sales of the company in the previous eight months.

Machine Sazi Tabriz Group was handed over to IDRO last year after some problems under its former custodian.
