Implementation of IDRO Projects To Create 70000jobs
Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade says by implementing the Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran (IDRO ) projects, 70000 direct jobs will be created.
Addressing the annual meeting of the general assembly of IDRO Mr. Mohammad shariatmadari said that with the new plans and projects and almost 100b tomans of investment, it is expected more than 70000 direct jobs to be created. He added that IDRO should resort to sukuk as well as using is share from the national development resources to finance the projects.
Pointing to the industrial development in the world and developmental role of IDRO, he said that one of the most important usages of 32b tomans of the current year sources is to pay subsidies to the renovation activities of the industries in the country, adding that problems of modern technologies in the industries is one of the reasons for low efficiency in the industrial activities.
He urged the IDRO to move towards innovative progresses in its structure and allocation of human and financial resources.
Head of the IDRO Mr. Moazzami , for this part, said that according to the constitutions, the resources resulted from privatizations should be transferred to IDRO and IDRO has received around 700b tomans so far.
He added that according to the law, 70 percent of taxes resulted from privatizations should be also delivered to IDRO.
He called for paving the ground for IDRO to take advantage o its 49- percent share from the national development resources. Moazzami expressed hope that the government would help IDRO in providing some part of resources in the deprived areas.
